Frames & Frequency is a community bringing together individuals across the creative scene and showcase their talent across sound and image. From DJ sets and music production to photowalks and exhibitions, we celebrate creativity in every form!

Frames & Frequency was founded in 2025 by Theo Kennedy & Abyselom Beniyam who connected through a love of music and a shared idea to curate a community that focused on the importance of community led activities and creating comfortable third spaces across london.

At the heart of Frames & Frequency is a simple idea: The creative arts should be easily accessible, rooted in social interactions and most importantly, it needs to be fun. We’re building relaxed, welcoming third spaces where people can express themselves, discover new talent, connect with others, and feel part of something bigger.

Our focus is on keeping it fun, relaxed, and open to everyone, creating safe third spaces for anyone to share their talents and be part of the Frames & Frequency journey.

We value community, creativity, inclusivity and self-expression. We believe in creating spaces where people can connect, share ideas, discover new sounds and feel comfortable being themselves. We champion emerging talent, celebrate different perspectives and aim to make every person who enters our space feel seen, heard and part of something bigger.

Our Mission

To build a creative community that connects individuals through creative experiences that inspire collaboration, discovery and self expression. We want to create more opportunities for new talent to be recognised, whilst also building a culture that feels authentic, easily accessible and fun for all.
